In January 1995, the Waterbury Republican-American newspaper reprinted a special section on Waterbury Neighborhoods. Produced by reporter Robyn Adams, the piece was an exceptional record of the many different sections of the city of Waterbury. More than a decade has passed since this last piece was written, but many of the Waterbury neighborhoods have retained elements of their distinctive character.
